Cruise Club International Terms & Conditions

Cruise Club International act as a retail ABTA cruise agent (ABTA Number A3442) for all cruise companies including; Azamara Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Cunard Line, Fred Olsen, Hebridean Island Cruises, Hurtigruten, Holland America Line, MSC, Noble Caledonian, NCL, Oceania Cruises, Ocean Village, Peter Deilmann, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Yachts Of Seabourn, Silversea Cruises, Swan Hellenic, Transocean Tours, VoyagesTo Antiquity & Voyages Of Discovery.

I understand that my actual contract is with the cruise company with whom I am travelling and as listed above (ATOL/PSA licence Holder) and their terms and conditions apply to my booking(s). I have read and familiarised myself with the respective cruise brochure, and accept the terms and conditions of the applicable cruise company at the time of confirming my cruise booking(s). Additional copies of the cruise companies terms and conditions are available on request.

I agree to pay the balance of my cruise booking(s) at least 84 days prior to departure(for World Cruises 100 days prior to departure) or within the terms of any “advance payment incentive”that I have chosen to accept. If my booking(s) is made less than 10 weeks before departure I accept that the full payment is due immediately. Payment can be made by debit card or cheque at no additional cost. When cruise lines accept credit cards for payment these will also be at no extra charge; in all other cases where I wish to make a credit card payment, I accept that a credit card charge may be made.

Passport, Visa and Vaccination Requirements
It is the responsibility of those named above to ensure that they have a valid passport/visa for the countries listed on the cruise itinerary, as well as ensuring that any inoculations required have been obtained by those named above.

Travel Insurance. I confirm that all guests named above have a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of the cruise reservation.
Special Requests. I confirm that any special requests, including medical or dietary will be notified by me in writing, to the cruise company.

Should I have to alter or cancel my cruise
I accept that all amendments or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: Cruise Club International, International House, 39 East Street, Bromley Kent BR1 1PP. Written acknowledgement of said corresponding by Cruise Club International will validate the cancellation/amendment. Should I wish to cancel or amend my booking, cancellation and amendment charges raised by the cruise company may apply as detailed in the cruise companies terms and conditions. I understand that cancellation charges, are calculated by the cruise company, as a percentage of the cruise company invoice - not as a percentage of monies paid.

In the event of a cancellation by any of the guests listed above, I understand that the discount applied to the booking by Cruise Club International shall become null and void. Therefore should a cancellation charge imposed by the cruise company be greater than the sum of monies paid for this cruise, the outstanding balance must be settled in the first instance. Once paid, I shall receive the cancellation invoice from the cruise company forthwith.
